ACE Central Massachusetts is a non-profit organization of volunteers dedicated to the care of homeless and abused animals. We are committed to educating the school children and families of Central Massachusetts about pet care responsibility.
Since 2011, we have worked to find forever homes for city shelter dogs. In 2012, we joined the Community Foundation and have 501 (c)3 status.
We assist rescue groups and shelters in Central Massachusetts with funding and supplies to help ensure local animals find fur-ever homes. We are committed to educating school children and families about pet care responsibility including ways to identify possible animal abuse.
ACE’s continuous fundraising efforts, along with
generous individual benefactors, extremely abused dogs
have been able to receive extensive medical care.
ACE held what is believed to be the first Parvo vaccination
clinic in the state. This clinic provided low cost vaccinations
for 36 local dogs and helped to prevent the spread of
this deadly disease.
